Registered as a non-governmental entity in Almora, Uttarakhand, Lok Chetna Vikas Samiti proudly holds the NGO registration ID: UA/2012/0051510. Officially registered by the Sub-Registrar under registration number 29/2010-11 on August 28, 2010, our dedicated team includes Kumud Chauhan (President), Gopesh Upreti (Vice-President), Rajendra Singh Bisht (Secretary), among others.

Our Mission

Our mission is to serve the needy population of Uttarakhand & other states of India with collective action through self determination for sustainable development and to work with poor and needy people to eradicate, discrimination and injustice.

Our Vision

Kasar Organics

Kasar Organic is an initiative launched by the Lok Chetna Vikas Samiti (LCVS), an NGO based in Almora. The initiative focuses on promoting organic farming and products by forming natural producer groups that are directly associated with the organization.
